Erle is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to further enhance its brand reputation among key constituencies including restaurant companies, supply chain partners, media partners, business partners, investors and industry boards. Erle serves as the company’s brand ambassador and works with the company’s business units to support key growth initiatives. He is the primary spokesperson for the company’s community initiatives, including a documentary film called Back to Basics and The Catering Institute’s community education outreach programs.
Before MonkeyMedia Software, Erle was CEO, at Tony’s Deli & Catering Company. Erle built a $2 million takeout, delivery and catering powerhouse, where he designed the framework of a scalable business strategy to maximize off-premise restaurant sales.
